Batch Process Throughput Mode

The throughput ceiling of any batch plant, fermentation cellar, cultured dairy room, distillery, or batch chemical process, comes from the same three numbers: how many vessels you have, how long a batch occupies one, and how fast you can turn a vessel around. This mode finds the ceiling and names the constraint.
